This is a very special ocassion and a bitter - sweet ocassion too. The tallest patriach of the ACTSWA Shri R S Yadav whose extra-ordinary teaching career ended up shaping the last Four decades of AEES, retired on 30 January 2010.
Its very sad to be saying good bye to Shri R S Yadav. But at the same time we know that he leaves us in good shape and going now he has got the chance to cherish all those hard earned respect and the sweet memories..
Shri R S Yadav has been a pillar in our particular community called ACTSWA or rather i should say a rock since it was he who helped build the very foundations that have made our association a success. And who but Shri R S Yadav would have had the fortitude to deal with the slings and arrows that have assailed us ? It all stemmed from his utter commitment to our work and to our people. He has indeed been part of the lifeblood of our Association called ACTSWA.
This organisation will be a much emptier place without him, but it will be an honour to take up the baton as his successor and we promise to try and live up to his extraordinarily high standards.
Although we are saying goodbye to Shri R S Yadav, this will not be the last we see of him. After all he’s only retiring. He has already agreed to join us at the next meeting of ACTSWA and I am sure that we will be turning to him for words of wisdom.
On a final note, I would like to wish Shri R S Yadav, all the very best on behalf of all of us. We really hope you have a wonderful future ahead.
